Dell Renames After EMC Acquisition

Dell has announced a name change, following its acquisition of EMC (Dell Pays $67 Billion for EMC) last year. The part of the company selling PCs will still be known as Dell, while the part that sells to enterprise will be ‘Dell EMC’. The business dealing with Dell’s acquired brands and technologies, such as EMC, VMWare and Pivotal, will be called ‘Dell Technologies’.
