DSCC has interviewed Cynora and has revealed that the company has moved the wavelength of a new blue TADF material down to 464nm from the level of 460nm that it was talking about at SID. Lifetime is not so good, at 15 hours (97%) at 700 cd/mª, so there is still work to do to get to the 460 nm level that Cynora said was being requested by commercial customers during SID. Analyst Comment
As we reported from SID, Mike Hack of UDC said that Cynora might find it hard to move to the longer wavelength, although the company was confident. The DSCC article is worth a read if you are interested in the detailed technology of the TADF material. (BR)
