CSOT is reported to have completed its T4 G6 LTPS OLED factory, which was built starting June 2017 and which is ready four months ahead of schedule. The capacity once fully operating is estimated at 45,000 substrates per month and clean rooms are now being built. Equipment will be installed later and production is expected to start in 2019.
