PC Accessory maker Cooler Master has joined the monitor market by announcing its first products in the US market. There are four models in the first range, two flat (27″ and 32″ IPS) and two curved (27″ and 34″ VA) and details are in the graphic below. Panels are from CSOT, AUO and BOE and refresh rates are from 144Hz to 240Hz. Colour gamut is 90% of DCI-P3 and above and luminance is from 300-400 cd/m². All are quoted as having 1ms MPRT
The monitors are due to arrive in Q4 2021.

What We Think
Once you have a channel and a brand, it’s always tempting to add products. These look like respectable gaming monitors, but don’t really have anything to distinguish them from other established brands, as far as I can see. (BR)
