A circular LED video display will be built in a new stadium in Atlanta by Daktronics. The display will measure more than 5,900m²; more than five stories high and three times as large as the current largest single display board in the USA’s NFL. The ‘halo board’ will hang above the centre of the field and will measure around 17.7m (58′) tall, with a circumference of 335.3m (1100′). Multiple additional LED displays, including ribbon displays, will be installed in the stadium by Daktronics, adding another 1,860m². The stadium is set to be opened in 2017.
