Casio’s LampFree Projector Recognized as a “Best of Show” Winner at InfoComm 2016

Casio America, Inc., a leading innovator in the world of data projection, is proud to announce that its LampFree® XJ-F210WN Advanced Series Projector has received two “Best of Show Awards” from NewBay Media publications Tech & Learning and Digital Signage, at InfoComm 2016, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this month. Products that were submitted to these prominent award programs were judged by panels of professional users and editors on factors including design, usability and affordability.

“Casio is continuously committed to providing its consumers with the most innovative and advanced technologies, and we are honored to be awarded these prestigious distinctions by Tech & Learning and Digital Signage, cementing our place as the leading provider of hybrid light source projectors,” said Joe Gillio, Senior Director Strategic Planning and Marketing of Casio’s Business Projector Division. “The LampFree XJ-F210WN Advanced Series Projector provides consumers with ideal functionality and technology in a simple and convenient design.”

The “Best of Show” award program recognizes outstanding products exhibited at InfoComm that are new since the previous year’s show. The award process consists of panels of professional users and editors who are chosen in advance that evaluate all product nominations and select the winners during the show.

“NewBay consistently seeks out the most advanced products that push the envelope and drive the industry forward and there were so many great submissions this year from innovative manufacturers,” said David Keene, Executive Editor, NewBay Media. “Casio shines yet again with their newest introduction and we’re excited to honor this longtime industry leader with two Best of Show Awards.”

LampFree® XJ-F210WN Advanced Series Projector
The XJ-F210WN is a LampFree projector that includes a 20,000-hour estimated operating life and uses half the amount of power per unit than traditional lamp-based projectors. Power usage at the brightest setting is only 205 watts and eco modes can reduce power consumption by up to 50 percent. Casio’s LampFree XJ-F210WN Advanced Series Projector combines a laser, fluorescent element and a LED light to deliver a mercury-free hybrid light source to provide high brightness, 3500 ANSI lumens, in WXGA resolution. Two HDMI inputs and a RGB input provide connectivity with all current display technology and a high power USB port provides power for USB stick devices. This projector also features a practical dust resistant design that is achieved by structuring the internal components into three blocks to shield the optical block from dust. Casio’s XJ-F210WN is also backed by a 3-year parts and labor warranty plus 5 years or 10,000 hours on the Hybrid Light Source. The XJ-F210WN is available for purchase through Casio’s National Pro AV dealer network and authorized distributors for an MSRP of $1049.99.
