Responding to comments that it might be struggling to get good yields at its G10.5 fab in Hefei and its 8.5G line in Fuzhou, BOE has said that it is running with an overall yield rate of over 70% (percentage of saleable glass) on its 10.5G line and that its Fuzhou fab is improving steadily. Overall, the company said that Fuzhou produced 131K substrates in January, 128K in February and 150K in March with yields of 96.7%, 97.1% and 97.4%, respectively.
