Blu Products’ first flagship smartphone for 2016 is the Life One X: a dual-SIM, metal-chassis model with a 5.2″ display.
A mid-range 4G model, the Life One X is housed in aircraft-grade aluminium. It was found to outperform the Moto G (third generation) smartphone in CPU performance, graphics, memory, system, battery and web performance in a variety of benchmarks. These include tests by Geekbench, Antutu and Basemark.
The display, with 1920 x 1080 resolution, is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. An IPS panel, with a one-glass solution (OGS) integrated touch solution, is used.
A 64-bit Mediatek processor (1.3GHz octa-core) runs Android 5., with a Mali T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. 16GB of storage is pre-installed, and a micro-SD slot can hold a 64GB card. The cameras are 13MP (rear) and 5MP (front).
Blu is selling the Life One X now, for $150.
