Two new units have been added to Barco’s range of indoor LED tiles. The V41 (4mm) and V6i (6mm) are designed for fixed indoor installation in various advertising applications.
Both units will run 24/7. Like other V-series LED displays, they are managed and controlled by Barco’s V-series Toolset (VTS) software. The VTS can be used to control advanced options such as brightness, gamma and colour temperature.
The V4i and V6i also share their image processor, the DV-100, with other V-series displays. This processor supports signals including dual HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, DisplayPort and HDMI.
Barco’s new LED tiles have 1,500 cd/m² of brightness and 110°/45° viewing angles. They measure 576 x 576 x 96mm and weigh 13.8kg/12.8kg per tile (back access/front access). They are rated for IP32 protection and will operate in temperatures between -25° and 50°.
The tiles are available now and were recently shown at Digital Signage Expo.
