Asustek Computer saw June sales of NT$38.5 billion ($1,25 billion), an increase of 33% MoM but a fall of 1% YoY, bringing Q2 turnover to NT$90.4 billion ($2.96 billion), down 9% QoQ and 7% YoY. The firm said that its smartphone shipment performance was affected by an “unstable upstream supply chain” and that it expects the trade tension between China and the US to have a significant impact.
