Asus is now releasing the ROG Swift PG42UQ (42″) and PG48UQ (48″) OLED gaming monitors which were announced at CES (OLED Also Important in IT at CES). The monitors are based on LGD WOLED panels and Asus released an image comparing the close up text rendering compared to the pixel structure used in Samsung’s QD-OLED sets.
What We Think
Asus is making a fair point about the rendering of text, but in the end, few are going to use this kind of display for IT use all day. (BR)
