Airtame of Denmark, which started in 2014, has released its second generation HDMI wireless dongle for professional applications. The dongle has a Kensington lock socket for theft prevention and the new version has five times the Wi-fi speed of the previous one, with twice the range (using a Cypress chip). With more RAM, the device can be used for digital signage. It is designed to be mounted magnetically on the back of the display and uses a cable to connect to the system. There is an Airtame app and the company has comparisons on its website of performance against AppleTV, ChromeCast, ClickShare and Kramer Via, among others. Cost is $399.
