Airbus Develops ‘Promising’ AR Tool

The SART (Smart Augmented Reality Tool, aka MiRA) solution, developed by Airbus, and shown at Laval Virtual, has been listed as one of CIO Review’s ’20 Most Promising Augmented Reality Technologies’. The system imposes an ‘As Designed’ view over the ‘As Built’ reality for testing and inspections. It is able to run on tablets, projectors and smart glasses.
