Acer reported that it May sales revenues were the best for seven years at $897 million, up 22.9% year on year. YTD sales were $4.38 billion, up 36.6% year on year.
Chromebooks sakes grew by 30.1% YoY and the gaming line was up by 15.3% YoY. Acer continues to see demand for orders exceeding supply.
What We Think
It’s good to see solid demand for IT products given that TV demand may have started to drop back from last year’s peak. That will help to keep supply relatively tight. (BR)
