Acer Digital Signage Range Enters Japan Market

Acer’s range of digital signage products has entered the Japanese market via software integration service provider SMedio, according to a report by Commercial Times.

The article states that the company anticipates it will begin to see profits from the product line next year. SMedio will manage Acer’s product integration, marketing and installation in Japan, as well as providing customers with support and maintenance.

As we have reported, Acer has already invested in PilotTV (Acer To Boost Digital Signage) and also invested in AOpen (Acer Now Largest Corporate Shareholder in AOpen).
