Ennostart, the merged company of Epistar and Lextar, sent us a release in Chinese that said that the firm has started litigation in Texas, USA, charging Amazon of infringing ‘at least 13’ Epistar patents in its 4-Series 43″ and 50″ TVs. The request to the court is to stop sales and pay damages.

What We Think
I started to dig around this story and realised that an initial complaint was made by Epistar in May. The reference to the case details that an amended complaint was made on 17th November and I think that is what this release is about. (BR)
