Macworld quoted a previously accurate leaker who said that LG has developed two ‘unbranded enclosures’ for monitors that match the display specifications of the 24″ and 27″ iMac Displays. The 27″ is said to use miniLED and ProMotion technology. It is also said to be working on a third display that updates the 32″ Pro Display XDR and could have custom silicon.
What We Think
I’m sure there is a market for external monitors to match the iMacs especially as the Apple Silicon is giving the firm’s system units such a good position in the market at the moment. (BR)
