LG has five new laptops in its Gram range which have 16:10 aspect ratio displays with up to 99% of DCI-P3 colour (95% minimum).

CPUs are Intel Evo platform verified with Core processors and Iris Xe graphics. The LG gram 2-in-1 comes with a stylus pen compatible with Wacom AES 2.0. Batteries are 72Wh for the 14″ versions and 80Wh for the bigger ones.

What We Think
16:10 has always been a good format for IT, partly because it makes portrait-format documents a bit easier to read. The reality is that the only reason that 16:9 was adopted was that the cutting was better in fabs designed for TV panels in that aspect ratio. It really is good to see productivity displays with good colour and IPS displays. (BR)
