The Netflix app has launched for Now TV streaming devices, coinciding with the release of the UK-based Sky subsidiary’s new “Now TV Smart Box with 4K & Voice Search”.
Available now, the Roku-powered device offers Ultra HD streaming at up to 60 frames per second, with HDR, voice search capabilities and a Live Pause feature. It is priced at £46 (about $60) and will also be available bundled with a month’s Entertainment, Sky Cinema, Kids and Sky Sports Day Pass for £50 (around $66).
Netflix joins over 50 apps currently available across Now TV devices, including UKTV Play, Red Bull TV, Sky Store, YouTube and Vevo. Users can also browse UK catch-up services including BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All 4 and Demand 5.
