Japanese chemical manufacturer Nagase recently announced that it has invested ¥500 million ($4.7 million) in TADF material developer Kyulux. The announcement comes following a testing time for Kyulux, which saw both its CEO and VP of Products leave the company. (Kyulux in Trouble?)
The specific terms of the financial agreement between the two companies has not been discussed.

The company also said that the new CEO of the company is the firm’s previous CTO, Junji Adachi and the new CTO is Hisashi Okada who was previously the R&D and IP manager. Okada has previously worked at Fujifilm, Samsung Display and SAIT. The company also has a relationship with Dr. Rafael Gomez-Bombarelli who is now an Assistant Professor at MIT (BR)
