Business Korea has reported that Samsung Display will ship between 180 million and 200 million OLEDs to Apple in 2018, up from 50 million in 2017. The OLEDs are likely to be made in Samsung’s A3 fab, not the planned A5, which is reported to be delayed.
The paper has calculated that Apple could spend $20 billion in 2018 with Samsung Display.
