Heraeus will launch a new touch panel process for film patterning at Touch Taiwan this year (24th-26th August). The work will focus on Heraeus’ Clevios conductive polymer films, with patterning accomplished using dry-film resist (DFR) photolithography.
DFR, says Heraeus, enables high-resolution patterns, which are required for the touch sensor designs on flexible displays. The company worked with Intego GmbH on a new inspection method to visualise the patterns of the the Clevios films.
A small-scale demonstration tool will be shown at Heraeus’s stand at Touch Taiwan: N1029 in Hall 4F.
