Chief Expertise, a Foxconn subsidiary, has purchased 100% of Microsoft Mobile (Vietnam), for VND492 billion ($22 million). The company plans to produce mainly feature phones at the facility in Bac Ninh, according to a filing on the London Stock Exchange, as well as some smartphones.
