iWedia and Digital Multimedia Technology have collaborated to produce an UltraHD IPTV/OTTT hybrid set-top box, running Android TV. It uses iWedia’s Teatro-3.5 STB software for Android TV, running on DMT’s hardware. The box itself uses a Broadcom SoC and features 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage; it supports HDMI 2.0, USBB (x2), RJ45, RCA, S/PDIF and WiFi connectivity. A DVB-S2/C/T2 attachment has been proposed as an option.
