More Satellite UHD Expected Over Next Decade

NSR’s ‘UltraHD via Satellite, 3rd Edition’ report points to 2016 as a year for the roll out of UltraHD via satellite. The report forecasts more than 785 UltraHD channels by 2025. Satellite capacity required to carry bandwidth intensive UltraHD channels will drive an added $280 million in annual leasing revenues.
