Innolux said sales in July fell 1.7% sequentially and 18.6% year on year, to NT$29.7 billion ($938.2 million), bringing sales for the first seven months of the year to NT$123.4 billion ($3.8 billion). The company’s president, JC Wang said that the company expects to achieve only slight growth in the second half of the year, due to customers adjusting inventories and weak panel demand.
Shipments of large panels decreased 3.7% month on month to 9.7 million units, while small and medium panel shipments increased 17.5% to 21.8 million units.
