Xiaomi reported that it more than doubled its revenue last year, with pre-tax sales rising to almost $12 billion. The company’s mobile phone sales were 227% higher than the previous year, reaching 61.1 million handsets.
In Q3 Xiaomi was ranked third in the global smartphone market behind Samsung and Apple and the company has said it is aiming to sell 100 million handsets this year.
