ZTE Corporation has released its interim results, recording a net profit of RMB1.6 billion ($251.4 million) on turnover of RMB45.9 billion ($7.2 billion), which compares with a net profit of RMB1.2 billion ($188.6 million) on turnover of RMB37.7 billion ($5.9 billion). The company’s mobile division contributed just under RMB10 billion ($1.6 billion) to total turnover for the first six months of the year.
