ZetaDisplay from Sweden has bought the Finnish digital signage provider, Seasam Oy for $5 million. ZetaDisplays’ goal is to actively participate in the ongoing consolidation of the signage industry in Europe. The acquisition of Seasam means that ZetaDisplay will further expand its position in the Finnish market, where the company has been present for some time. Seasam Oy has many years of experience in the industry with around 20 employees, and customers including, K-Citymarket, Kotipizza, Burger King, Picnic, O’Learys and the Helmi Savings Bank.
