French manufacturer Wiko has followed its Rainbow smartphone with a ‘concentrated version’ called the Rainbow Lite. It is an entry-level model (the tag line is ‘Back to basics!’); although is features a large (5″) display, with an IPS panel, resolution is only 854 x 480 (the original Rainbow was 1280 x 720).
A 1.3GHz processor runs Android 5.0. The phone has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, as well as dual-SIM and micro-SD slots. 5MP sensors are featured on the front and rear cameras, with various post-processing techniques (including HDR) built in. The battery is 2,000mAh.
