Volfoni announced it is confident of victory in the upcoming lawsuit versus RealD in July.
Not only is the IP from RealD very fragile and vulnerable to novelty attacks, the products supplied by Volfoni in any case do not implement the features of the patents allegedly asserted against Volfoni.
Volfoni looks forward to demonstrating to the court that it does not infringe any third party IP.
The pending lawsuit is scheduled for July.
