Following the launch of its V11 Pro smartphone in India last month, known simply as the V11 outside India, Vivo has also released the slightly smaller V11i there too — where it will be referred to as the V11.
Bizarre naming conventions aside, the device features a 6.3″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2280, 400ppi, a 19:9 aspect ratio and an 84.1% screen-to-body ratio. It runs Android 8.1, powered by a Helio P60 chipset, 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 256GB with a micro SD card.
The handset incorporates a 16+5MP dual-lens primary camera and a 25MP internal camera, both with HDR and capable of shooting video in 1080p30. Unlike the V11 Pro, which uses an under-display fingerprint sensor, the V11 features a more conventional rear-mounted sensor.
Consumers in India can pick up a V11 now for 22,990 rupees (about $310).
