Vivitek has unveiled NovoDS Cloud, an optional, cloud-based service that enables device and content management across its NovoDS family of digital signage solutions. The range comprises the NovoDS-4K, NovoDS and NovoDSmini.
With the cloud service, users have the flexibility to pull digital signage content from the cloud to one or more NovoDS devices. Media content can also be loaded from a remote media alternative, such as picture or video saved in a Google drive, Dropbox, an FTP site, and so on.
It also gives users the means to remotely manage content and control their devices from anywhere over the internet, from a laptop, PC or mobile phone via their NovoDS cloud account.
Other key features include a device scheduling function that enables users to set up content schedules with precise timing, an announcements function and three levels of role-based access rights control, enabling different tasks to be assigned to different team members.
The service is available for £130 excl. VAT ($173) for a three-year-subscription, for activation on one NovoDS device.
