VEFXi Corporation announced that CEO and founder, Craig Peterson signed a memorandum of understanding with Gary Shen of Yuheng Technologies Company (Yulenka), a Shanghai, China based company to collaborate in the advancement of 3D mobile devices featuring no-glasses 3D experiences.
The signatories of the MOU agree to cooperate in the interest of fulfilling their respective mandates, share agreed information and at a successful conclusion of the MOU, for Yulenka to become a preferred client and further their impressive client list of auto-steroescopic 3D mobile customers.
Both companies will work together to integrate VEFXi’s live 2D to no-glasses 3D conversion technology into Yulenka’s mobile product lineup. With all content instantly converted into beautiful no-glasses 3D on the mobile devices including photos, videos, games and more, Yulenka will strengthen their position in the 3D mobile space.
