A total of €200 million was recently invested into a new city administration building in Utrecht, The Netherlands – part of which went towards digital signage. Brightsign, Hulskamp Audio Visual and VHS worked together to install 34 large-format LCD displays (all 1920 x 1080) and accompanying media players. 23 46″ displays were installed, as well as six 70″ and two 80″ models, all controlled by Brightsign’s XD1030 players. Three 32″ displays (with HD1020 players) were also placed in the building.
