Cable operators in the US are testing the UltraHD platform and receiving HEVC IP set top boxes from SES. The cable operators are Cable America in Missouri, Golden West Telecommunications in South Dakota, MTC Cable in New York, Sjoberg’s Cable TV in Minnesota and ATMC in North Carolina. They are testing the equipment prior to launching UltraHD trials.
