Universal Display Corporation (UDC) posted a net profit of $13.1 million in the final quarter of the year on turnover of $56.2 million, which compares with a net profit of $57.9 million on turnover of $49.5 million in Q4 of the previous year. Net profit in the fourth quarter of last year included a total deferred income tax benefit of $41.4 million. For the year, UDC recorded a net profit of $41.8 million on turnover of $191 million, while the year earlier had seen the company post a net profit of $474 million on turnover of $146.6 million.
