TSMC Result 16/07/2015

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC) has reported its second quarter results, posting a net profit of NT$79.4 billion ($2.5 billion) on turnover of NT$205.4 billion ($6.6 billion), which compares with a net profit of NT$59.7 billion ($1.9 billion) on turnover of NT$183 billion ($5.8 billion) in the second quarter of last year. For the first six months of the year, TSMC’s net profit was NT$158.4 billion ($5.1 billion) on turnover of NT$427.5 billion ($13.7 billion).
