TiVo announced its FY16 Q4 result with consolidated revenue of $253.3 million and net profit of $9.8 million, resulting in a net profit margin of 4%. The revenue was up 69% on yearly basis, while the net profit was significantly down by 63% on yearly basis.
For the full FY16, the company reported revenue of $649 million, up 24% from $526 million for FY15. The net profit was $32.7 million, significant improvement from a $4.3 million loss for FY15. For FY17, the company expects revenue of $800 million to $835 million, with GAAP loss before taxes of $55 million to $70 million.
