Tianma NLT USA has created a 7″ TFT-LCD module that features an integrated procap touch panel, at a lower cost than comparable units (although the company hasn’t revealed the price yet!).
The P/N TM070RVHG50-00 uses an a-Si TFT and glass-film technology. Possible applications include industrial controllers, test and measurement equipment, home automation and medical displays.
Resolution is 800 x 480 and brightness is 300 cd/m². The module is 171.5 x 110.3 x 6.93mm, and features an RGB interface.
Samples of Tianma’s new module are available now, and mass production is scheduled for Q1’16.
