Sharp China Wants to Boost TV Sales Revenue by 20% in 2019

According to local sources, shipments of Sharp TVs in China increased 25% year-on-year during the first eight months of 2018. Additionally, the company’s market share in the 60″ TV sector in that country has jumped up 10% year-on-year to 44%, while its performance in the 70″ segment grew 18% year-on-year, up to 90%.

The sources added that in 2019, Sharp China is aiming to increase its share in the 60″ segment by a further 6%, up to 50%, and boost its overall sales revenue figures by 20%.
