Toshiba’s newest ultrabook is the Satellite Z30-B-100: a thin (17.9mm) and lightweight (1.2kg) model, with a metal body and Core i5 Broadwell chip (2.2GHz).
The Intel chip – running 64-bit Windows 8.1 – is responsible for the unit’s 16-hour battery life. A 256GB SSD provides storage, with 8GB of RAM. The ultrabook has a 13.3″ anti-reflective display with 1366 x 768 resolution and full-size ports: HDMI, USB 3.0 (x3) and RJ45, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0.
Toshiba is selling the Z30-B-100 now, for €925 ex VAT.
