The Samsung Color E-Paper (EMDX model) uses digital ink and full-color e-paper technology to deliver energy-efficient digital signage. It consumes 0.00W when displaying static images and significantly less power during transitions compared to traditional displays. Available in 13-inch, 25-inch, 32-inch, and a 75-inch outdoor version, the display features a rechargeable 5000mAh battery, dual USB-C ports, 8GB of memory, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Its cover is made of over 50% recycled plastics, and its packaging is entirely paper-based.

A mobile app allows for remote management of the display, including scheduling wake-up and sleep times and setting playlists. Samsung VXT further enhances content visibility with a preview function and optimization algorithm. The display also supports integration with third-party systems via Tizen Enterprise APIs.

SmartThings Pro has been updated with AI features for improved automation and device management. It includes Interactive View, which converts 2D floor plans into 3D images, and can automatically adjust power, volume, and brightness based on ambient conditions and occupancy. Additionally, Samsung Smart Signage incorporates CryptoCore, a FIPS 140-3-certified encryption module to secure IoT authentication data.

The new 2025 Interactive Display (WAFX-P model) runs on Android OS 15 and offers AI functions such as Circle to Search for image and text searches and AI Summary for generating recaps of lectures or meetings.

It runs on Tizen OS 8.0 and supports integration with SmartThings Pro and Samsung VXT. The design includes a built-in handle and VESA6 compatibility.
