All of the phones feature the Samsung Pay mobile payment technology, which at the time of writing is still not live in the UK. Cameras have also been enhanced from older models. Wide Selfie and Palm Selfie functions are also built in.

All phones run Android 5.1 on an octa-core 1.6GHz or quad-core 1.5GHz (A3) processor. They use AMOLED technology and feature 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 (A3) resolution. All of them have 16GB of storage and fast charging, but RAM and battery size differ: 3GB and 3,300mAh on the A7; 2GB and 2,900mAh on the A5; and 1.5GB and 2,300mAh on the A3. All models support LTE and feature dual SIM slots.
