In issue 3 this year, we told you (Samsung Ties up with Calman) about the partnership allowing Samsung to use Portrait Displays’ Calman software to calibrate its 2017 QLED TV range. The two companies demonstrated this in action recently at the Samsung QLED TV Forum in Schwalbach am Taunus in Germany. Samsung would like retailers to offer a calibration service, something which is already happening in Scandinavia.
