Samsung has extended warranties on all hospitality display products purchased in Germany from August 2018, from 24 months to 36, according to Invidis. The new warranty is designed to provide better investment security for hotel operators.
The company’s Martin Gross remarked:
“Standard warranty periods are usually 24 months. To give our customers additional security when investing in new Samsung hospitality displays, we have opted for 36 months, regardless of the series and across all current models”.
Samsung’s Premium HD690 Series hospitality display features a 43″ 1080p screen.
