There have been unconfirmed reports that Apple is considering a plan to acquire struggling Blackberry in a bid to improve its presence in the enterprise market. Reports suggest that Apple’s main interest could be in Blackberry’s portfolio of around 44,000 patents. Earlier this year it was rumoured that Samsung was considering making a bid for the Canadian company Samsung Made Offer for Blackberry, Says Reuters, though Samsung denied the report.
