Rambus Inc. reported a net profit in Q3 of $5.5 million on turnover of $64 million, which compares with a net loss a year earlier of $5.7 million on turnover of $71 million. In the first nine months of the year, the company’s net profit was $18.3 million, which compares with a net loss for the corresponding period of last year of $23.9 million. Turnover for the period increased to $207.4 million from $194.2 million in the previous year.
