Quanta Sees Lower Notebook Sales

Quanta Computer reported April turnover of NT$69.19 billion ($2.3 billion), up 1.5% YoY, resulting in revenue for January to April of NT$297.11 billion ($9.8 billion), an increase of 12%. The company shipped 2.7 million notebooks during the month, down from 3.7 million in March, but said that high demand in March had led to the drop in April.
