North American market analyst PMA Research has released its monthly professional flat panel sales results, naming the top sellers for July. The results are as follows.
Professional 50 – 65″ Displays:
- LG 65LX341C
- Samsung DM55E
- Sharp LC-60LE661U
- SMART 6265-V2
- LG 55LV340C
Samsung maintained the biggest share of unit volume with 34%, and second-best revenue at 19%. LG were second in volume with 19%, while NEC remained in third with a 16% share, though NEC did jump up to first place for revenue with 20%. Sharp took third place on unit volume with 15%.
Professional 70 – 79″ Displays:
- Sharp PN-LE701
- NEC E705
- Samsung DM75E
- LG 70UW340C
- Samsung ED75E
Samsung had the lions share of unit volume at 31% and revenue at 29%, while Sharp had second-best revenue with 23%, and LG had second-best volume on 21%. NEC took third place on revenue and volume, with 22% and 19% respectively.
